Online registration:
The online registration starts on the 1st of May 2011 at 18 o clock - here you'll find the Online-Registration! According to the registration time you’ll get your starting place in the LeMans Start. Please notice that you have to register all your team members at once! If you register your team with wrong names or datas – the registration is invalid and will be deleted! As soon as the maximum number of participants is reached, registration will be closed! No registration by phone or e-mail.

Not-attendence:
If you are not attending the race you won't receive your money back, except your are injured and have a medical certificate. The medical certificate has to be sent by E-Mail, including the team name and all the personal information to peter.wurzinger@hirschenkogel.at latest by 22nd of August 2011!

entry fee:
Entry fee €70,- per person, not per team + € 5,- for time keeping chip per singlestarter / per team. The entry fee has to be transferred to the below mentioned bank account and includes lift tickets for 6th and 7th of August 2011, pasta- and drinkstation as well as massage.
IMPORTANT!!! Please necessarily bring your transfer voucher of the entry fee to the race registration. If you don't show your transfer voucher at the registration, you'll have to pay the registration fee again!

chip deposit:
Please take € 40,- chip deposit to the race registration, in cash. When returning the chip after the race at the registration, you'll get the money back.
Day license: All the riders without an official race license have to buy a day license (insurance) for € 5,-

Insurance:
UCI License or day licence

Day licence:
Every rider without the official UCI license has to buy a day licence for € 5,-.

Included Services:
Starting bag, Noodle station, shower possibilities, Massage

Trainer / Advisor:
Advisor can buy an ticket to use the lift and to get access to the changing zone to support their rider/s. Advisor fee: € 15,- Maximum 1 Advisor per Team! Must be payed, in cash only, at the race registration.
